Twice each month during Carol’s Carol Ganser's “What Women Want” radio program (broadcast Tuesdays at 4pm), a lucky winner will be chosen from those nominated.

WIN A Deluxe Makeover Contest Rules:
- Nominees must be women aged 21 or over
- Only one entry will be considered per nominee
- Entries will be judged by Carol Ganser and V’Sonno Salon.
- All essays are subject to verification.
- All decisions are final.
- Winners agree that their name and picture can be used promotionally by WELW, Carol Ganser and V’Sonno Salon.
- Winners have one month to schedule the makeover. If unable to arrange a makeover within this period, the prize is voided.
- Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
