ITALIAN LOVE CAKE

Ingredients
1 pkg. (3-3/4oz.) Instant milk chocolate pudding
|
1 box fudge marble cake mix
|
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped cream
|
3/4 cup sugar
|
4 eggs
|
1 teaspoon vanilla
|
1 cup milk
|
2 (15 oz. each) tubs ricotta cheese
|

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" pan. Mix cake as directed on package. Pour batter into pan. Combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon over unbaked cake batter. Bake for 1 hour; let cool. Mix pudding with milk, fold in whipped topping; spread over cake. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and store in refrigerator.
This cake is delicious
even better a day or two after making
if there is any left over!
