Vodka Shots - Alice Kuhar's Recipes

VODKA SHOTS (Jell-O Shots)
|
Ingredients:
1 box (3 ounces) Jell-O (lemon or lime is preferred but you can use any flavor)
|
1-inch (1-ounce) small white fluted paper cups
|
1 cup boiling water
|
1 cup vodka
|
|
Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add vodka and mix well. Pour mixture into the 1-inch paper cups. Set cups on a tray and refrigerate until jelled.
To serve: Pass the tray around to guests. You can squish the cup or slurp the vodka shots into your mouth. These shots are very potent!

JELLO SHOTS

Ingredients:
1 (3 ounces) package of Jell-O (any flavor)
|
1 cup Schnapps or 1/2 cup liqueur of choice
|
1 cup boiling water with 1/2 cup cold water
|
|
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add Schnapps or liqueur with water. Divide into 1-ounce soufflé cups. Chill and set.

INSTANT HOMEMADE KAHLUA
|
Ingredients:
1 quart water
|
6 teaspoons vanilla extract
|
1-1/2 to 2 cups sugar
|
1 quart vodka or brandy
|
10 teaspoons instant coffee
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine water, sugar, and coffee in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Pour into bottle and cover.
